These terms apply to purchases and use of zeniragoods.com, the online store operated by ISAIAH HARGRAVES LLC under the name ZENIRA GOODS. Read them with our delivery, returns, payment and privacy information before ordering.

Shopping with Zenira Goods

Our collection includes graphic T-shirts, hoodies and tank tops. Product pages show the available designs and purchase options. Review the selected size, color, quantity and delivery address. If information you need is missing, contact us before buying.

Use accurate details and a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to enter the purchase, or act with a parent or guardian authorized to place it.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. It is not a dispatch notice. If we cannot supply an item, verify payment or fulfill an order because of a material error, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute goods or charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the applicable amount.

Orders ship from China to the eligible U.S. destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Returns are received at our Arizona office under the Return & Refund Policy. We remain responsible for the commitments in these policies when using fulfillment or payment providers.

Prices and order policies

Prices are in USD. The checkout shows shipping and applicable tax before payment. An apparel purchase is a one-time transaction, not a subscription.

The terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law. Using a fulfillment, payment or delivery provider does not remove our obligations to you.

Product images, color and sizing

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Images and descriptions must still represent the item supplied. This explanation does not excuse a wrong design, an incorrect item or a material difference from its description. Please use the returns policy if there is a problem.

Review the product’s available size information and ask us if you need a measurement that is not provided. We do not use a general product disclaimer to remove your return rights or excuse inaccurate product information.

Our Disclaimer explains product information, care guidance and the limits of general website statements. It does not override these terms or your return and refund rights.

Using the website

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We do not prohibit or penalize honest reviews of your experience, including negative reviews.

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, provide unauthorized payment information, interfere with security or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict misuse as permitted by law. That does not remove an existing valid refund or other legal right.

Website text, graphics and product artwork may be protected by intellectual-property law. Purchasing an item does not itself grant a license to reproduce its artwork commercially. Rights held by third parties remain with their respective owners.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to make a privacy request. External payment and other services may have their own terms. Do not send passwords or card security codes in support messages.

Problems, changes and your rights

Website access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Contact us if an error affects an order. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or misrepresentation, or overrides our stated obligations for delivery, cancellations or refunds.

We may update these terms for future use and will show the updated date above. Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights for an order already placed. We will provide additional notice where the law requires it.
