ISAIAH HARGRAVES LLC operates ZENIRA GOODS at zeniragoods.com. This policy explains the information used when you browse the store, place an order or contact us.

Information you provide

We receive the name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, product selections and order details you enter. If you contact us, we receive your message and any photos or other information you choose to send. Payment services process payment details and provide transaction information needed to manage payment status, refunds and disputes.

We use these details to process and deliver orders, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud and maintain business records. You can use guest checkout without creating a customer account.

If you choose to create an account, the store also processes account and sign-in information needed to manage access and show your orders. Keep your password private. Creating an account is optional and is not required for a privacy request.

Information from use of the website

Our WordPress and WooCommerce store uses cookies and similar technology to maintain shopping sessions, remember cart contents and support checkout. Technical information can include an IP address, browser and device details, pages requested and referral information used for operation, security and troubleshooting.

WooCommerce order attribution records referral and session information associated with an order so we can understand how customers reached the store. This differs from uploading a customer list to an advertising platform.

Who receives information

Information needed for an order is disclosed to payment services, fulfillment and delivery providers, website hosting and technical support services, and providers used for order and support emails. Our checkout uses Stripe and PayPal payment options through the MeshCheckout integration. Those services process information under their own applicable privacy notices and their roles in the transaction.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to address fraud, security threats or legal claims. If a business transfer involves personal information, the information remains subject to applicable law and the notices or choices required for the transfer.

International fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from China, while eligible returns are received at our U.S. office. The information needed to prepare and deliver an order, such as the recipient name, delivery address and ordered items, is used by our fulfillment and delivery providers in that process. Personal information may therefore be processed in China as well as the United States. Privacy laws and protections can differ between countries. Contact us if you need information about the handling of your order data.

Sale, advertising and your choices

For request instructions, visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You do not need an account or identity verification for a sale/sharing opt-out.

Our policy is not to sell customer contact lists or disclose order information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use an apparel purchase as permission to enroll you in marketing email or SMS. Transactional order and support messages are separate from marketing.

You may contact us to opt out of any sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising that applies to your information. A request does not stop processing needed to deliver an order or meet a legal obligation where permitted by law.

Our store does not provide a separate advertising-cookie preference panel. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies can prevent cart or checkout features from working. We do not claim that a browser setting controls independent services you visit.

Our website does not change its data collection practices in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. This does not limit the separate treatment required for legally recognized opt-out signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, that requirement applies regardless of this notice. Our policy against sale and advertising sharing also applies when you browse without sending such a signal.

Access, correction, deletion and appeals

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, or opt out of certain uses. Contact us through the email or phone number above. Explain your request and give the email associated with the order, if relevant. An account is not required.

We may verify identity for requests that would disclose or change personal information. Do not send a complete card number or government ID with your initial request. An authorized agent can contact us and explain the authority to act for you. We will request only verification appropriate to the request and applicable law.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or refusal. If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” and explain why. We will review it and provide any further complaint options required by law. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Where the CCPA applies to your request, we respond to requests to know, correct or delete within 45 calendar days, with an additional 45 days only where permitted and after notice. Sale/sharing opt-out requests are acted on as soon as feasibly possible, no later than 15 business days. These CCPA timelines do not replace a shorter deadline required by another applicable law.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and the purpose: fulfillment and return records support the order, correspondence supports customer service, and transaction records can be needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and disputes. The store does not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to order records. We review deletion requests individually, retaining information where there is a lawful need and explaining applicable exceptions.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please use payment screens for payment information and do not send passwords or card security codes to support.

Children and changes to this policy

The store is intended for a general audience, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and remove information where required.

We will post revisions here with an updated date and provide any further notice or consent required by law. Updating a privacy notice does not itself authorize a new use that requires consent.
